President and Founder of W. Allen Engineering

Wayne Allen, P.E., President and Founder of W. Allen Engineering, is a New York State licensed Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience and has worked as a Federal and NYC Contract Administrator. He has worked with several New York agencies such as the New York City Department of Design and Construction, New York City Department of Sanitation, New York City Economic Development Corporation, New York State Department of Transportation, New York State Thruway Authority, New York City Department of Environmental Protection, New York City Transit Authority, New York City School Construction Authority, and various MTA divisions.

Kass Negash,

Senior VP of Traffic Signal and Street Lighting

Kass Negash, Senior Vice President of our new Traffic Signal and Street Lighting Division, has over 35 years of solid and diversified engineering experience that includes projects planning and design, as well as, construction management. His positions held ranged from Field Engineer to highly responsible supervisory positions of Borough Engineer and Capital Project Coordinator for City-wide NYC Lighting Infrastructure Design and Construction.

Eric Jennings,

VP of Information Technology

Eric Jennings, Vice President of our Information Technology division, brings 15+ years of technical experience to the company. He has worked in both the private sector and DoD Government Contracts. Mr. Jennings holds a masters degree in Information Security with a focus in Cyber Security. Mr. Jennings has lead several teams in successfully managing large networks and implementing new and innovative technologies.

Vishal Prajapati, P.E.

Senior Mechanical Engineer

NYS licensed consulting engineer with over 10 years of experience encompassing engineering research, building design, and construction administration. Vishal Prajapati experience spans several largescale projects, with the most recent being the Jacob Javits Center Expansion project, which at a budget of $1.5 Billion, adds an additional 1.2 million square feet to the existing Javits Center. Working on large, complex projects with large teams of engineers and scientists has driven him to be a better engineer, collaborator, and mentor. He was also challenged to exhibit better leadership as the scale of these projects required me to recruit, train, oversee, and support junior engineers to complete the necessary design work, on time, within budget, while minimizing design errors.

Mr. Abdel-meseh, is a Professional Engineer with 14 years of experience working mostly for public agencies in New York City. His vast experience includes developing one-line diagrams, emergency power for code-mandated loads, developing project scopes, and the design of fire alarm systems for various projects including schools (K-12), Universities, transportation

Muath Bani-Hani, PhD, LEED AP, P.E.

Muath Bani-hani, PhD, LEED AP, P.E. Mechanical Engineer, Mr. Banihani has 8+ years of experience providing design services for HVAC, firestop, water supply, and plumbing. He completed his MSc and PhD in Mechanical Engineering at SUNY Buffalo. He is LEED AP certified and has several publications; he’s a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
